A dream to cook on

Pros Precise temperature control. Rapid heat when desired. Cool cook area. Easy to operate.
Cons Bulky unit. Fan is fairly noisy. Temp control could be more graceful.
Recommended it? Yes

The MC-1800 provides quick power with precise control making it a dream to cook on.
