If you want your DAP or CD player to reach its full potential, you need to upgrade your headphones. The included headphones/earbuds that come with most players are OK, but they usually don't bring out the best quality your audio player is capable of. I would highly recommend the Sony MDR-EX71SLs... These headphones produce excellent value for money. For most people these are the perfect trade off of cost vs sound quality. When I got mp3 player it came with the usual cheap headphone and I couldn't stand them (since I'm used to my Sennheiser HD560's). I wanted good sound but didn't want to pay... Read full review »

Pros I liked the inline volume control. And, they did work fine for a time.
Cons In short order, one "ear" completely pooped out. No good.
Recommended it? No

Worked fine for a time, then one "ear" went completely out and nothing I could do to the terminals, the volume adjust - nothing would bring it back -- so in the garbage they go. I did bother to re-try my old earbuds to be sure that it wasn't the MP3 player -- which it wasn't -- it's the Coby's. Read full review »
