I just started using my new Calisto phone yesterday. Perhaps I am spoiled by the comfy Jabra gel headsets, but I find the Calisto headset uncomfortable. I really like my Calisto Pro phone/earpiece.  Everything about it is fine, except for after using it for about a year it started having a hard time staying "connected" to the charging base.
