Cons In low light areas the auto focus take a bit longer than usual.

Cons Some minor chromatic aberration (purple fringing) and very high noise levels at ISO 400

Canon's "A" series digicams are justly famous for their no nonsense ergonomics, dependable performance, impressive durability, operational simplicity, and bang for the buck value.
