Great idea, decent compatibility.  I had issues from time to time with the printer not wanting to print even when it showed jobs in the queue.  I never had paper jams or mis-prints, like seem to happen with some other printers.  The print quality is decent, and it was nice to have on... In a market flooded with inexpensive ink jet printers, the Canon Pixma iP3500 distinguishes itself by using separate ink tanks.
