Pros - small & compact, a good size to take with you<br>- print quality is excellent
Cons - print heads clog easily<br>- customer service non-existant

Don't get me wrong -- this is a great little printer.  It's very easy to use and produces excellent pictures.  I was very happy with it when I first started using it.  However, it has one major flaw.  If you don't use it all the time, the print heads get clogged.  This is fixed easily enough by... Pros Very easy to set up and use, excellent manual, fantastic quality prints.
Cons Ink must be bought as part of an ink/paper package. Ink nozzles clog.
Recommended it? Yes

Pros Value for cost conscious consumers, solid build, reliability, full toner and drum...
Cons Lower paper tray is a little flimsy but should last the life of printer.
