Pros Light and comfortable. You'll forget you have it on.
Cons Purchase of optional handset lifter is a must for remote answering.
Recommended it? Yes

As a purchasing agent, I am always on the phone and on hold checking and placing orders. I needed a headset. The Plantronics CS50 was honestly the only cordless headset in our office supply catalog. Pros Bluetooth comfy sound good
Cons tad quiet hurt your ears after a while turning off blue lights every time annoying
