Pros Extremely fast, reliable, easy to install
Cons It was a little weird to add the network connection first but then it worked
Recommended it? Yes

I have had this adapter for 5 months now and I love it. It was very easy to install and is extremely fast.

I am using it with Windows Vista and Windows XP and with the Belkin N Wireless Router.

Pros No pros, there must be better devices out there.
Cons Unreliable, lack of support.
Recommended it? No

I purchased this adpater from Staples the same day I purchased a  new desktop system about a week ago.  At the same time I purchased a Belkin wireless router.  Every other system in our home network has no problems accessing the net.
