It took about half an hour to figure out how to work it. After that, I had no problem at all recording or watching DVDs. Picture quality is great. Select chapters every 5 min. or 10 min. Selection of chapters is real easy to do. Option to skip commercials works like a charm. I am finally getting...

The main reason we purchased this model is because of the big screen. Also the price was very reasonable at $248.76 at Sam's Club. The controls are also very easy to use.
