Pros Amazing frequency response, solid construction. Great value.

Pros Awesome sound quality, good price, Amazing.
Cons To be as honest, there isn't really any cons to these headphones.
Recommended it? Yes

Pros Small, compact, easy to transport
Cons Sound is marginally acceptable, cancellation not very effective, overpriced

The Audio-Technica ATH-ANC3 Headphones (actually, they are earphones) are....just ok.  Not bad, but not anything more than a simple ok.
