Got this keyboard to control the entertainment PC about one month ago. So far so good.
Installation was completely automatic: insert the batteries, insert the USB connector in the PC (running Windows XP) and off you go.
The computer is about 12 feet from the keyboard. There are no reception...

This is THE keyboard/mouse to get for a media center setup. I had a larger keyboard with a joystick type mouse. It was way too bulky and you couldn't store it anywhere. This is perfectly sized and does not look out of place net to my harmony remote.
