Pros: Everything, but clarity, sound, features in particular.
Cons: Nothing notable; $100 matching stand is needed for TV to be high enough for viewing.
The Bottom Line: Get it. Especially if u can find it for $1250.

Pros: Bright & Sharp Picture, auto flash focus, Screen protector.
Cons: The stand is a must and is not included!
The Bottom Line: Unless your sold on HDTV today this could be the best choice for 43"-50" TV's under $3000.
