Pros: Easy install on WIN XP machine. Modem works ok
Cons: Defective CD. Can't install fax software. Diamond's support SUX big time.

I bought and installed the SupraMax 56K PCI PRO modem. Easy install since it uses the Lucent driver in Win XP. The fax software will not install from the defective CD which apparently is missing a needed file. Diamond has not responded to my emails and you cannot get anyone on the phone when you call (long-distance at your expense)despite being place on hold for ages and stuck listening to boring NPR music on hold.

Max speed was only 44k.
