Cons: doesn't work, poor manufacturer support.

Bought unit from Best Buy on 10/21/07. On 01/04/08 the unit started turning itself off and on continuously and would not respond to the remote. Unplugging the unit was the only way to stop the on/off cycling. Best Buy referred me to their service company and they came out to assess the unit and order parts. Replacement of that part failed to correct the problem and a second part was ordered. After two weeks of waiting, I was informed by the service company that Samsung would not supply them with the parts necessary to repair the unit. I personally called Samsung and was told that the part was "unavailable" and I was not offered any remedy. A call to a very attentive Best Buy gave me some hope of a solution, but I am still without a TV after a month.
