Pros: Brilliant colors, excellent picture, user-friendly menus.
Cons: Somewhat narrow angle of view since it is a projection TV.

I purchased a Samsung HL-T5687S DLP from Vanns.com. The overall experience was excellent, but I'll focus on the TV in this review. The picture was excellent out of the box, though you might want to do some individual tweaking for your lighting conditions, etc. Color were brillant, very good contrast and definition even when playing old VHS tapes! I had only one slight problem. The picture was slightly tilted down towards the left, probably as a result of something that occurred during shipping. I admit that a phone call to Samsung did not prove satisfactory, the rep seemed as though he could care less. However, I went online to the support site, filled out a service call request and withing a few days, a tech came out and problem solved. I would definitely recommend this TV to anyone.
