Pros: Sounds good and easy to wear.
Cons: Plantronics web site compatibility list for cell phones is incomplete.
The bottom line: Plantronics makes top quality headsets.

It has a noise canceling microphone. The sound is great both ways.
The headset has an adjustable headband and it is reversible for left or right ears. The tension on the headrest arm is just enough to keep it in place. The overall fit is good.
I have had Plantronics before and the longevity is great. The quality is good for the price. The unit does not require batteries and it does not have lights and whistles. It is an ideal headset for cordless house phones so you can talk on the move or while typing on the keyboard. I like the headband design because it easily hangs on a small plastic hook stuck to the side of my computer monitor. It is easy and quick to put the headset on.
There are 3 switches on the inline switch module. The mute and volume controls are one touch and are not likely to be adjusted unintentionally. The 3rd small switch is probably for impedance matching when used with different products that accept the 2.5mm plug. It might work with some cell phones but it did not work with my Samsung SGH-T319 cell phone. Plantronics has a compatibility list on their web site but my phone was not listed. I would assume that if your cell phone is not listed it will not work unless you can get a free in-store test with your cell phone.
