Pros: Lots of extras. Love the recording option. Ear buds are surprisingly comfortable
Cons: Not nearly loud enough through the earbuds. Wish it worked w/Audible.
The Bottom Line: Highly recommend it for someone looking for "not an I-Pod"
If you don't care about video, this one is for you.

Pros: Lots of space, relatively good software, looks very cool, intuitive interface, not an iPod.
Cons: Less than great battery life, slightly weak firmware, heavier than the competition, smudges easily.
The Bottom Line: It's good, it's intuitive, it's cool, it's worth it.

Pros: Futuristic styling, bright buttons, touch screen, active TFT screen.
Cons: Awkward on/off button, awkward volume controls, volume levels, lack of accessories
The Bottom Line: I would recommend this cause it is comparable to iPods and a great value for a 30GB MP3 player.

Pros: Excellent sound, photos, FM tuner is a plus, records very well. Excellent.
Cons: Customer service is a disgrace, totally clueless. No proper carrying case to attach to hip.
The Bottom Line: I'm buying it again. At a cheaper cost but I wouldn't prefer anything else for now. It is worth it. Just make sure you have the required specs.

Pros: Good looking
Good GUI
Easy to navigate, (all when working properly)
Size of hard drive
Cons: Slow processor
Bad software
Face of player easily scratched
Crappy case that comes with it
The Bottom Line: Others here have obviously had much better experience than I with their player, so take mine as one example of many, but do take heed.

Pros: Sleek appearance, proving you should never judge a book by its cover
Cons: No quality control; cheap electronics; Philips Customer Service
The Bottom Line: Never - ever - buy anything from Philips. You're betting on being satisfied with your purchase.
