Cons: Printing to USB multi-function printers is not supported despite specifications and product description

After spending fruitless hours following the installation instructions, giving up on the long wait of phone support, and waiting 2-3 days for e-mail response, Netgear informed me in a terse reply that my Brother MFC-8500 was not on their tested list and no multifunctional printers would work with the PS121.

This was a shock and disappointment given that the PS121 retail package clearly stated that it would work with "all USB printers" and the inside material made no mention of multi-functional printers.

Netgear tech support immediately closed my trouble ticket after sending the useless e-mail and has not responded to my e-mail last week asking for clarification. I don't need scanning, faxing either direction, or anything to occur between my PC and my Brother MFC-8500 except USB printing.

Oh, and without the packaging, the PS121 is not returnable to my local CompUSA.
