Pros: Beautiful user interface, many advanced features integrated into the OS, powerful features and operation.

Cons: Some hardware and third party software manufacturers still have to catch up with Vista.

Pros: Integration with XBOX360 is awesome!

Cons: Netflix on demand software causes DRM issue: avoid Netflix.
