Shutter Lag 4/5 stars

Pros: 10x optical is enough, don't need the digital. Image stabilization.
Cons: The price but I can see the value! Pictures with low light levels are hard.
The Bottom Line: This has enough flexibility so that I don't want or need a video camera. What more can I say?

Pros: 10x zoom, image stabilization, easy controls, recording movies
Cons: filter/telephoto zoom adaptor design, only 3.2 mega pixel, AF assist lamp
The Bottom Line: If you are looking for a camera that is easy enough for a beginner and provides enough flexibility for an amateur, this is the camera.
