Goods shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. Free shipping and no sales tax make this merchant a good choice for me. DHL has changed their method of delivery, using the US Postal Service to deliver in more rural areas; this delayed my delivery by one day.

Overall very good, however the online add was misleading as it described the item as "open box" when it was in fact, refurbished. However, their customer service, especially a person named Susan, was excellent as there was no problem returning the item and replacing it with a new computer.

Positive first time shopping experience with PC Connection

I purchased a laptop from PC Connection after a failed order with another online store and am very satisfied with my experience. They shipped my order the same day I ordered it and it arrived well packaged and in good condition. Their price, including shipping, was the lowest and the order process on their website was easy to use. I didn't have to create an account, which is rare nowadays when buying from an online store.

Placed the order on a Saturday, checked on status Sunday, Monday, and on Tuesday. Sunday and Monday order status was marked as open. Tuesday I received the order and check status which was complete. Seemed to jump from open to complete all in one day. Would like to see them show more detail.
