I placed an order online in the afternoon and by the next day the package from Zappos was on my front stoop! I couldn't believe how quickly the order was processed and shipped--amazing! I've already recommended Zappos.com to several friends because I was so impressed by the service.

zappos is great. I can order shoes in MY size (not easy, I'm a 10 1/2), they come, I can try them on, send them back if I like. No hassels. I would never shop for shoes by mail-order, but zappos makes it so easy. And I don't have to pay postage!

I'm extrememlyhappy wiht zappos. i think they are THEEEEEE most customer oriented e-commerce site i know. i wish i could buy ALL myshoes from them. I absolutely love them for these reasons (in order): 1. the multi-view of each shoe! THANK YOU! i can really see what i'm buying! 2. the 365 day return policy! THANK YOU! 3. free return shipping!!! THANK YOU! 4. free shipping!! thanks!!!!!! 5. the ability to write and read reviews! thanks!!!!! 6. their customer service: they expedited my shipment w/o me asking or having to pay for it. they upgraded my shipment... that was awesome! 7. their ability to contact me when my size (of a shoe that i like) is back in stock! wow! because of that, i was able to buy the shoes from my last order with them! good marketing... which also satisfies the customer AND zappos at the same time! win-win! 8. their large selection of brands

I had a great experience with Zappos. There were many choices of shoes, even in wide sizes. One of the main reason's I purchased was the free shipping both ways. As difficult as it is to find a pair of shoes that fit, I would not have tried, without the free shipping. I was amazed at how fast the shoes got to me and the ease of the return process.

While the size of the shoes (after the first size was too small, there was no size up avail) was a problem, the service was excellent. Fats shipping, wonderful and fast email communication, and fast reimbursement after 2 pairs did not work out.
