Web info not accurate; some items not in stock when website says "in stock"

We ordered a bathroom cabinet from Netshops. We selected and paid for product because it was listed as in stock and immediately available for shipping (in time for bathroom remodel work). Only part of product shipped (surface mounting kit only). We received no notice. We had to email vendor for follow up. In reply Netshops said product was *not* in stock, but website has not been updated yet, nor for the last three weeks. Netshops website conveys fradulent information without any warning that stock information and shipping information may be completely wrong.

We've shopped other vendors in prep for this remodel work. This is the only dishonorable and disreputable vendor we've come across. Beware.

You get what you pay for! Cheap prices = cheap service!

Cheap doesn't pay! I was lured into the website "justairhockeytables.com" by their deep discounts. Should have known it was NetShops.com under an assumed name. I ordered an air hockey table, and, seeing it was a 170 lb shipment, requested "INSIDE DELIVERY" in the netshops.com-provided "delivery instructions" field. They completely disregarded it. When I called to make sure it was scheduled for inside delivery, they sent me to customer service who proceeded to tell me that there would be "unknown additional charges" for inside delivery. Whatever! They could have charged me $100 for all I know. Secondly, the "estimated delivery date" was off. I needed the table by the 18th and was told it won't arrive until the 20th at the earliest.

Summary: If you could care less when your item arrives AND you have a dolly and a few extra hands around waiting to help you carry your box into your home/store, then go for it! If not, don't buy from any "assumed name" of NetShops.com. They are the Big Lots of the internet shops...Cheap prices, crappy service.

Worst buying experience ever on the Internet

I ordered a Cuisenart Panini Maker on Dec. 22 slated for Dec.27 delivery. When I ordered it, they showed the item to be in stock. After calling FedEx to find out the status of the shipment, they explained to me that NetShops.com has not delivered any

Overall a good shopping experience.

My dresser came well packaged and everything was in one piece. Shipping was a bit slow (about 12 days), but it was free so I can't complain. The price was great and I would recommend them to anyone. I think I'll be using them again myself.

Ordered a coffeemaker from Coffeemakers.com. Placed order on 9/4. Order was not shipped until 9/10. Asked for 2 day delivery, order took 3 days. Asked for refund on delayed shipping, none was given. Will not order from them again.

I found exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price. The selection of hammocks was second to none, and it appears that they have quite a selection of other indoor and outdoor items as well. When I called to check on my order, the customer service woman was extremely nice and helpful. The order arrived on quickly and I was pleased with the product i purchased. definately would return again.
