The designer blouse I received was not like the display model. The neckline was cut way too low unlike the way the model was wearing, I called customer service and was able to return the item at no charge.

I love shopping at SmartBargains. Everything I have ever ordered from them has been received in a timely fashion and the quality has been superior. I especially love to order when there is no shipping charge and usually wait until they have that available before I order anything. Your survey should include options of N/A since I never had to call or mail them or never tracked, but have to answer anyway.

Shorted on my refund for broken merchandise

I bought an expensive coffee grinder through SmartBargains.com. All was well and the price was good, but the grinder arrived smashed to bits. They took the return and emailed me a new UPS shipping label, but I ended up $15 short on the refund for the tax and shipping on my initial purchase. Maybe this is industry practice, dunno. I (unfortunately) tried to order a replacement and they assured me they would honor the initial price I paid if I emailed them after I placed my order. While they answered my initial emails before they were paid, they completely ignored me after that. Not a good experience and not a company I will do business with again.

Was supposed to be free shipping; wasn't. Contacted CS and emailed the site/email I used. Did not hear back. Only $9.95 but the point is...I did understand that an extra $5 would be charged on the ottoman so altogether shipping was $14.95.

I'm a very avid shopper and I feel confident saying that this is the worst customer service (or diservice) organization I have encountered. Emails are not responded to for days and usually with unhelpful answers. My recent $1000 order was purchased because of a special Celtics win night which was supposed to grant me 17% off. Instead, the system applied a dress promotion (which wasn't that great) and despite three emails - I haven't received satisfacatory correspondence. No resolution has been resolved. My last email has gone unanswered for over two weeks now.

Package arrived with outer and inner plastic bags unsealed and opened. Appeared to be sending me merchandise that was returned by someone else. The mattress seems to be in good condition, but I have concerns relating to the unsealed packaging.
