There is a problem, the web-cam pruchased only has a 2' cord. The specifications gave no indication of cord length. I like the camera so I will deal with it.

I am writing this review because I feel like a bait and switch has been played on me. I comparison shopped for a new monitor at several sites. PC Connection said that they had the monitor in stock and ready to ship tomorrow - they also had the lowest

Item was not shipped on time. Called and got it overnight shipping, which was a positive note. Only the shippment was lost, for four days. After repeated attempts with DHL, item arrived OPENED. Items appear to be fine, testing machine. Still waiting for Software which was on back order. It will be interesting to see if the shippment makes it to the destanation. Overall, I am mixed about this merchant. They did offer to overnight for free, after the order was not processed on time, but the choice of delivery needs to be re-evaluated.

When I ordered they advertised items "in stock" and shipping was free. I received the cable in a big box and
the hard disk is not here yet. Also the invoice showed me
paying 8 or 9 dollars shipping fee. When I phoned the girl on the phone said they had to split the shipment so I had to pay. UNHAPPY CAMPER

From start to finish, my experience with PC Connection has been more than satisfactory. Their web page lists clearly whether or not products are in stock, explanations about each product are helpful and do not include a lot of unnecessary detail. Products arrive on time, are easy to track, and have always been in excellent condition. I would use this merchant again and recommend them to others.

I bought a color laser printer for my home. I chose this vender because I recognized the name and they said that they had my printer in stock. I ordered it. 2 days later the company called me to tell me they were shipping it. They emailed me the tracking number and 2 days later I received my printer (from start to finish 1 weeks). Took 20 minutes to set up and works great.
