Salesman was very professional and courteous and it was nice to have a person to talk to that had time to speak with you and not be rushed.
Decided to return product and Adorama sent me the wrong return address which caused UPS to charge me an additional $6.00 to reroute the package. I have requested that they reimburse me for this.

I have shopped four times at Adorama...

I have shopped four times at Adorama (the first two times I did not register). Three times I received the order within three days, which is very good considering I live in Europe. But the fourth time I am still waiting for my order 15 days later because one item of $50 is out of stock and this is retaining the whole order of $700 . I asked to ship the available items and leave that accessory for a next purchase, but did not even receive a reply from Adorama customer service.

Customer service was very helpful. I phoned with a question about the quality of two brands because there was a big price difference. And I was told about a sale item of comparable quality to the higher priced item, not advertised online. I'm very pleased with what I bought... and the price.

The item delivered was a previous generation of the item I ordered. Had a similar experience with Adorama in the past and came to the conclusion that arguing with them was not worth the effort. Will not order from Adorama again.

Adorama is a dependable and fair online merchant. Their prices are good if not better than similar merchants. My last purchase was was on sale $300.00 dollars cheaper than the other online merchant that I use. This is not the first time I have used Adorama, or have found their prices to beat the competition. I highly recommend them.

it took them far too long to process my order. I made the order on Monday night, epecting them to process it Tuesday, or Wednesday, but they waited until Thursday to process, then they shipped it on Friday. Of course that's the weekend, so UPS didn't really do anything with it until Monday. I recieved the order 8 days after placing the order. The most frustrating part about it is I paid for 3 day shipping.
