I order an appliance from Rainbow and received it in short order. However, it was damaged and was not packed properly. I called to have the item returned and I explained how I had already rescheduled having new counter tops to be installed rescheduled account of them. I talked to a person named ELI who claimed he was the manager and did not report to anyone. I asked for contact information on the head of the company and he refused to give it to me. He kept talking over me and refused to allow me to explain my situation to him. He then informed me that he was crediting my credit card back and hung up on me. I want to talk to someone at Rainbow appliance about this matter. I hope Rainbow Appliance has the guts to provide me information for a contact in their Corporate office.<br><br>John McArthur

Was one of the biggest dissapointments I've experienced online. The price was right but the customer service was...let's just say atrocious! I called 2 weeks after placing the order to check on status and the women said her system was down and would call me back. 3 days later I call her back and she hangs up on me twice. the third time I finally find out it's back ordered 2 weeks and cancel the order. It's hard shopping on line but this was one of my worst customer serveice experiences!

<p>when the washer and dryer arrived the damage was very obvious. Eli, the CEO, promised to refund $500. We sent pictures, etc. We never got the refund and when we try to contact them they always politely say they will look into it or some other tact to get us off the phone; email is also polite and seemingly obliging. It is now 9 months later and we still haven't gotten the refund! I have done some searching and discovered that they frequently deliver damaged products with a similar promise of discounts that never materialize. i ordered a range hood and was sent the wrong size after returning the item and after 1 MONTH i had to call them several times to have them refund my money through my charge card this took over a month and is not acceptable

<p>Very Bad experience, I ordered an item over a month ago, they charged me for it and I never recvd it. It was a gift so I called to cancel the order and they kept telling me to call back and speak to the manager. I have called 7 times and emailed 3 times. I still do not have my $169.00 back. Please think twice these people are crooks.</p>

Took about two months for my dryer-washer combo to arrive. The front door of the unit was broken. Rainbow Appliance called the manufactory for a replacement door, but the order was never followed through. In fact, the manufactory does not carry the replacement door. I was worried that whatever forces that broke the glass door may also damage the main unit and asked for a replacement machine from Rainbow Applicance. I could not reach anyone via phone nor email. I have not heard anything from them since. I am very very dissapointed. I am in the process of disputing this purchanse through my credit card company.

I ordered a range hood from Rainbow Appliance online, I thought it would take at least a week to get the shipment, but in fact on the 4th day I already got it. It is very impressive. And for the package I got free shipping. Although their price is not the lowest one on the web, but with free shipping, I didn't find any better price. I just hope their web site can has the function to check order status, so the customer doesn't have to call to check. Although teir customer service is very helpful to answer my request.<br><br>

AWFUL!!!!<br>I have been waiting for almost 6 weeks and have yet to get a straight answer or any valid information. I have been put on hold only to be hung up on more than once, put on permanent hold, given fake tracking numbers, talked to like I am interrupting their day to actually ask for service from the customer service department. Who knows if I will ever get this order. Waiting for a call back from someone at this point--had to ask 3 times to get only their first name ("didn't know their last"). Not feeling very positive about this either. Feels like the "company" is a group sitting in a garage somewhere passing around the phone and hitting the hold button. My other option? Try to cancel the order and request credit? Why do I feel that would be even worse than this experience?

Terrible company. I've emailed customer service 3 times. They have yet to respond to any of my emails. They said they had the product in stock. Now supposedly it's shipped 5 days later. The customer service guy kept giving me the run around when I called and he even hung up on me 3 times. I wasn't raising my voice or anything. I was just asking common questions like what's my tracking number. He told me UPS had to email it to them :-) I've shipped a lot of things and I've never had to wait for UPS to email me a tracking number. Don't buy from them. I wish I could cancel my order.

outstanding. received my order two days after i placed it. super shipping. double boxed. free shipping and no tax. what can be better than that? i would recommend rainbow appliance to any smart shopper. very knowledgeable and courteous staff that takes the time to process your order or to update the status or your existing order.<br><br>the use of their web site to order an appliance is easy to proceed through the steps that are outlined. just like on epinion.com when filling out this report. there is also someone ready to help you if you need assistance to place your order.<br><br>easy payment through your credit card or paypal.

My husband and I purchased a grill back in May. It arrived with a damaged side panel and we called Rainbow Appliance immediately. They assured us they would have it repaired within two weeks so we decided to keep it. The two weeks, many phone calls and email later, turned into more than two months of little to no response. Rainbow also agreed in the beginning of the process to offer us a financial token for "our trouble" although indicated that it could not be done until the entire process was completed. The grill was finally repaired only after many phone calls. Four months later, Rainbow never made good on their promise of a financial token, even after additional verbal promises to do so. In fact, after checking with the company we purchased through (Amazon), we learned later that Rainbow was lying to us. We will not purchase from Rainbow again and suggest you take warning and go at your own risk.
