They tracking information claimed that all four pieces had been delivered when, in fact, only three had been delivered. The fourth piece took another week.

Above my expectations. I actually purchased the return insurance thinking it would not be exactly what I wanted or the quality I expected and I would have to send it back. Well, I was wrong! The cd/dvd rack I ordered is perfect, good quality, easy to put together (about 15 minutes) and it looks beautiful. What a great suprise to get what you order. I highly recommend the company and the product.

Very friendly help, good customer service. Received the item damaged with a broken piece right in the front, and it is too large for me to take apart to send back for replacement item. Not very happy with the quality.

Bedford Entertainment Stand arrived splintered and a cabinet magnet on door was broken. I called immediately, and was helped by a very nice customer service rep. This young lady was courteous and helped me with my problem. I soon recieved an e-mail stating that our parts will be shipped.
Yes, I will recommend Racks and Stands and csn stores.
My husband assembled it and looks beautiful.

Excellent selection, excellent prices (the most inexpensive I found). They do not send you an email letting you know when the product will be there, but I received it within the time frame they gave me at check-out. I'll shop here again when in need of something similar.
