I made a mistake with my credit card when I ordered on the internet. They emailed me that there was a problem with my card.(I put the wrong expiration date on it)I called them with the correct info and to my surprise they still shipped it the same day.

Product non-functioning (broken gear)upon delivery. Initial PCNation rep was not helpful at all. Trouble shot with Fellowes then tried PCNation again. On second time, PCNation rep was very helpful, made good suggestions and walked me through the return process. He also hooked me up with the the PCNation returns rep, who also was helpful.

My experience with PCNation was great! My only hang up was the extra day added to verify information because my billing and shipping addresses where different. I had to call in twice to keep the order moving quickly. Their customer service was kind and helpful. It's nice that I could track exactly what was going on with my order on their website from "verification needed" to "package waiting to be picked up by carrier." Although the extra verification was a pain, I expected it because I'd read other reviews. It shows PCNation cares about security which should be very important to any consumer. My camera arrived quickly and I loved they offered free 3-day shipping.

I purchased a bar code scanner, from pcnation, I thought I order the one the sales person told me to, but it did not have the correct plugs for my computer. It took 10 days to get a approval number to return it. they then required I package the item up in a certain manner, and mail ,it back to them.They also suggested I insure the package, and send in a way I could tract the package. When I discovered their "warehouse" was only 20 minutes from me, I personally delivered the package back to them.I then send them and e-mail letting them know that I delivered the scanner back to them That was 4 weeks ago, I still have not got the replacement, scanner, I have 7 e-mail from guy named Jay Cohen, telling me they are trying to tract my return, and the latest is, he has turn it over to his supervisor, Arnie, to take care of, I have tried to contact him twice, both times he was not in.
