Excellent, except that the package was shipped to the billing address, rather than the ship-to address. Communication with you showed that your instructions on this issue need to be clearer to the shopper.

Happened upon this site by accident when I was searching for bamboo cutlery. The bamboo plates were a perfect fit for our needs for an outdoor party and arrived extremely quickly. The site was easy to navigate and required no follow up or tracking due to the speedy receipt of the items.

only vendor I could find with sets of 100 bamboo plates in stock. I receive an email saying my order shipped with tracking number less than 10 minutes after placing my order. I had the plates next day. I'm impressed.

I usually always try to avoid online shopping because I totally hate so many things about the checkout process- put spaces into your card#, no dashes allowed, being bounced back to a page that has totally re-set itself just because you added or not added

Wow. My items shipped in minutes after i placed my order. Joanne Hudson Basics by far has the best prices on Bambu items. Customer service was quick courteous and responsive. I plan to to shop with this site again!

Website was easy to navigate, and find what I was looking for, check-out process was extremely easy, and order follow-up for returns/refunds/exchanges was handled professionally and with ease. I would highly recommend this vendor for their quality assurance, and attentiveness that puts them above average for online retailers.
