The man that answered the phone was the rudest person I have ever been unfortunate enough to speak to.I am amazed this company is still in business!!My question was simple, I wanted to know what the 5 year warranty on the Oxygen concentrator

I was disappointed with the product. It's too bulky and uncomfortable to wear at nite. I will go to my local medical supply store and buy new wrist splints there. I think this is something you have to try on before purchasing.

It took me a long time to find hand braces that had the metal underneath the hand to wear at night and a light version to wear during the day at work. I did not want the braces to be too long - they were the right length. I'm very happy with the products I purchased at Jansen Medical Supply.

I've bought some items before from Jansen Medical and when my wife needed a new wheelchair I went with them. Got the same chair our local supplier wanted to sell us for $800 for less than half that. Got the chair in 1 business day after we placed the order. Tough to beat the prices and service.

Unbelievable. I am in shock at how inappropriate they were. I was unable to get any help about which wrist guard offered both left and right. Never do business with these people. I promise you won't regret it.

Excellent Prices, Service, and Delivery

Based on a recommendation from one of my coworkers who had purchased from them before, we purchased a number of products for my parents for Christmas from Jansen Medical Supply. The prices were what initially drew us to their company, but we honestly couldn't believe the speed with which all the items were delivered - especially since we waited longer than we should to get their products ordered. They answered our questions patiently and thoroughly enough to make us comfortable with such a big purchase. Thanks for helping us make my parents lives a little better with some great products.

Rude customer service

When I called to request a copy of my invoice as I had not received the original via e-mail, the man I spoke with was curt & rude. When I asked to whom I was speaking, I was told it was Jeff Jansen. Per their website, he is the founder & I quote:

"its founder - honesty, integrity, quality, and customer service are their highest priorities. We treat each of our customers as if they were members of our own families."
<br>
I did not find this to be so & would not recommend this business to anyone because of the rude customer service.
