Don't shop HSN! Horrible Company!

I am so very disappointed with this company and its policies. I recently purchased 2.6ct Moissanite and Genuine Ruby Round 3-Stone 14K Ring SIZE 5 order# 460187537. The company would not send it to me because they could not verify my address. I lease this house and have been here since December I offered to send the loss prevention rep a copy of my lease but she said "sorry that's not our policy". This was supposed to be my engagement ring. I am completely devastated. I called customer service on 2/20/2008 at 6:00pm and the rep never mentioned this. Instead of telling 10 people of this horrible experience I'll be able to tell 10,000 with the help of the internet.

Very satisfied with HSN

I have purchased many, many, many items from HSN. I have never ever had any problems with receiving or returning items(which has only been maybe once or twice out of 5 or 6 years). They deliver quickly, customer service has always been great and am very, very satisfied with HSN.

However, I recently purchased the "Today's Special", a computer by Gateway. Although it is still new and I have not had any trouble. I noticed that there was no return label in the box as with other products. Upon reading some the feedback where some people have tried to return theirs and the difficult time they seem to be having, I am getting a "little" nervous. Someone told me that Gateway was purchased by "ACER". Could this be the reason for all of the "great" buys on HSN for Gateway products and the non-caring attitude from Gateway's customer service when asked how to return items?

HSN did right by me

I love shopping HSN. I have never had a complaint about any customer service I have used. My returns are minimal which says a lot for the products they sell. Quality has not been a problem and any issues I have had have been resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. I would and do recommend shopping HSN,

Most of the times merchandise are come in times. but sometime thinks doesn't work as I've expected & when I've called about it, some of customer service agents sound like I'm bothering them. I think some of agent need extra training.

I enjoy shopping at HSN. They make it easy to order and if you change your mind or come across something a few minutes later that may be more to your liking, they have made it easy to cancel the order too...I really don't have any problems when I order from them and enjoy perusing their website everyday for that bargain or item that isn't in my stores here...Thanks for making it easy.

Most items I have purchased have been perfect. There have been a few items that were either broken or didn't look as good in person. When returning an item the processing is extremely slow and the wait time on receiving a credit on my credit card is terribly slow and on more than one occation, I have NEVER been credited for items I paid for and returned..
