Fast delivery. earphonesolutions.com is based in Florida and they shipped the phones to Montreal, Canada in less than 1 week. They also have very good prices. If you take into account the price with shipping, they have the best price on the web. Also, they answered to e-mails in about 3 to 5 hours!

Prior to my purchase, I had contacted EarphoneSolutions to get some advice on my shortlisted earphones - Etymotic 6i and Shure e3. Instead of the "salesy" pitch, I received candid technical advice, with insight into each manufacturer's support policies. No pressure to buy! After I made my purchase through their web-site, the box arrived at the door-step in two business days even though I had not paid for expedited shipping. Looks like they process the orders very promptly. In the box were all the things I had ordered, in mint condition, and the airline-adapter freebie they had promised. I would gladly recommend them for earphones.

I have had nothing but positive results from EarphoneSolutions.com Other Internet retailers can learn loads from these people. They are knowledgeable, courteous, fast responding and polite and not only some of the time or most of the time but ALL of the time. The answer to #5 is 4-good because the shipping is via the USPS tracking site and, well, everyone who's tracked a shipment using the post office's web site knows its quite lacking. Maybe as one suggestion would be to build their own site to track user's account details including shipments but even without that the company rates a 10! It is a purely pleasant experience to shop with them.
