Discount Merchant is what online shopping should be, fast, reliable and honest. I ordered a bulb for my Samsung DLP T.V. after determining that I could use my existing enclosure per the instructions from D-M. They help you save even more money by showing you how to replace the bulb in just a few minutes in your existing enclosure.Very fast service too. It was shipped the same day I ordered. I ordered the bulb on Tues. and got it on Thurs. Although I had to pay for shipping it was still cheaper than other online stores I shopped. I highly recommend D-M and will do business with them again. Keep up the good work, and thanks again for a very good experience of online shopping.

I ordered a bulb for my SamSung DLP tv... The bulb was flaky, sometimes worked and sometimes not...I called there customer service, and they sent be replace bulb asap, and it came with the bulb cage at not charge... There shipping was fast, and the customer services was excellent. Will order again for sure. <br> <br> Robert S.

super site ,found just the bulb i needed and it was indeed oem ,worked out perfect. delivery was super fast .5 star from me and i will always buy from this company .after buying a bulb from another dealer it only lasted two months before i had to get another ,and thats when i found discount merchants and the bulb i got from them was oem and still is going today months after the purchase ,i tell anyone that ask where to find the correct bulb for your tv

Just wanted to let you know Discount Merchant did a great job. My 65" Samsung DLP bulb went out Sunday, I ordered the part on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday. Great service. I took less then 5 minutes to change it out, really simple process. <br> TV works great and price was 50 dollars less then the comp.

TV works again :) <br> Since epinions.com wants me to type more information...I will tell you that Discount-Merchant.com had the best website and when I called them, they actually knew about the product that I wanted and they even helped me confirm that it was indeed my lamp that went out and not another componenet.

These guys ROCK. On Tuesday (2 PM CDT) our bulb exploded literally, on our Samsung DLP. After <br> researching where to order one, I found DiscountMerchant.Com site. We <br> received the bulb 2 days later (Thursday)and the <br> instructions you provided on fixmydlp.com were <br> perfect. We were able to follow the instructions and replace the bulb ourselves without an expensive TV repairman. Discount-Merchant.com is an excellent company. I had ordered from a competitor only to find out they were back ordered. I called into Discount-Merchant.com to find out about my television and lamp, then later ordered online late in the afternoon. That didn't stop them from shipping the same day--I received my lamp, just as described, the next day! Overall, it was a great experience and I recommend them to everyone with a DLP TV.
