Fast Shipping! Bad Customer Service

After searching for the cheapest price for my Garmin 250W, I landed on this site. Site is easy to navigate. Order process was a breeze. I picked the standard ground shipping which states 7-10days delivery. Got my package in 2 days ( ordered Sunday received Tuesday ). Tried calling customer service because I was concerned about my order since I didn't receive any e-mail confirmation. Waited 20 minutes on hold and nobody picked up.

VERY BAD TO BE AVOIDED

Do not shop there.

I bought a panasonic HVX200E. Jim the sale guy presurized me to buy more option expensive option, like UV filter, extra battery, and a 4 year international warranty with annual service. The result: I was charged over $6200, for an initial Camcorder that was priced at $4700. NO WARRANTY was included. Battery was of low quality as well as the lense. Do not buy from this guys!

Do not buy from this store. I bought a $1,400 camera from them because it was the lowest price at the time. The camera came in the condition described and was fine (after a few problems with contacting their billing department). However, a little over a month later, they billed me again for the same amount for something I did not buy or authorized. Fortunately, I caught the fraud in time and contacted my credit card.

Lies and misrepresented merchandise

I ordered a Tamron 17-50 lens and specified USA warranty. They told me they had it with free shipping. I gave them my credit card then the salesman said to me it would take 2 weeks for it to get to me as they are in California, would I like to pay for express shipping. I am in North New Jersey, they are in Brooklyn NY, I let them slide on this lie. The lens arrived, no warranty card in box. When I called they told me it was an oversight, that they would "take a loss and give me a better then factory warranty of 3 years in store service" on the lens. Another lie-Tamron USA warranty is for 6 years. I sent the lens back and now I'm praying that I get a refund. Don't shop here!

never buy from this company or any of their other on line companies. I originally order 2 LCD HD TVs. (not cheap) They charged my credit card right away and when I called the day the 2 TVs were supposed to be delivered, I was told by the shipping

These guys are from the internet Ghetto. I ordered a Denon DVD player. An expensive one. It came in a box that was obviously already opened. The unit had no outer physical damage...but it did not operate properly and has no serial number. The Serial # of the unit had been removed from the back plate. I am going to take this up as a case of fraud with my credit card company

and see if Denon can give me warranty service as I do have a receipt and a DVD player.

CNet rated these idiots as an excellent company which is why I thought they were ok...but after my experience I looked for reviews online and based on what people have gone through with this scum...I decided not to even bother contacting them after receiving my package...They will just waste my time and abuse my integrity...because they have NONE!

I guess I am one of the lucky victims as at least I have a unit that may be repairable and hopefully my CC Card company can recover my loss for me.

Bad, very bad

Ordered a Samsung LNT5271F. Called back to confirm order. Their main goal is to sell a warranty, & "white glove service". Customer service rep 512, who wouldn't identify who he was indicated there, would be no tracking number, that the TV has a 1 year warranty but that Samsung wouldn't honor it, and that they would leave it at the curb, unless I purchased the extended warranty. Indicated several times that I wasn't interested. He continued to press, asked if I had ever purchased a Samsung TV online. I indicated if the warranty wasn't going to be honored that it would be best to cancel the order. After several more minutes he got frustrated, rude and ended up canceling the order. Called back to complain, guess who I got, Op 512. I fully expect to have issues with my credit card in the next few days. Too good to be true. Shop elsewhere for your high dollar items.

I ordered a projection TV from the web site. The web site indicated the product was in stock. I called a sales person to verify. The sales person said it was in stock and would ship 1-2 business days later. After 3 days, I had received no shipping email from the company, so I called. Again, he told me the order was just being processed, and I'd receive a confirmation the following day. The following day I received an email telling me the item was not in stock and they did not know when it would come in. I cancelled my order.

Do NOT buy from this store. I ordered on Mon. and paid for overnight shipping. On Tues. morning they called to confirm my address and tried to talk me OUT of purchasing the camera I ordered without further explanation. They assured me it would arrive on Weds. and I should have the confirmation email by later afternoon. On Weds. morning I still didn't have an email. When I called they said their computers were down. 3 hours later they called back to let me know that they had oversold (a discontinued product) and that they could not send me that one, but they had this other item they could send. The only semi good thing I have to say, is the email to cancel my order came within five minutes of me hanging up with them. The only way they have the rating displayed is if they PAD their own rating!

I placed an order 5/5/07. Paid via PayPal. DBUYS.COM acknowledged order 5/5/07. Then, DBUYS.COM issued a pending refund 5/13/07, and deleted the refund from PayPal the following day. Looks like they are out of business. I have called their sales and customer service numbers, but everything is closed down.

These folks went "out of business" in the dark of night. NO one answers the phone. Messages are call back during normal hours and we are currently closed. This is 6 days now as of May 15, 2007.

I bought a TV from Dbuys.com. I did not receive it at all. They must be out of business because for 5 days they have not answers their phones, emails, or faxes. I have to dispute my charge on my card and get money back which may take 45-60 days.

Made a purchase on a Sunday and followed up with a call. Had not yet even received a tracking number because my order was not yet out of the system. I needed the item for the next day. THey made sure that my item was shipped, but unfortunately, no one was home to receive it and the attempt to deliver form blew away. Calling them to locate my shipment was met with very helpful service in an unusual situation. I will use them again. My daughter loved the camara.
