I found the shoes I wanted and instant messaged with a rep from Bluefly. She was pleasant and made the whole experience more enjoyable. Since then I've realized that most online shoe shops have free shipping and returns, so that would be a nice feature, especially when you are ordering $500 shoes that don't fit, and it costs you $16 just to try them on.

The navigation is fairly easy and therefore easy to find items you may be looking for, the order was shipped and received very promptly. It was just unfortunate there was an issue with quality of one of my items, but I have sent an email to customer support so will see what results from that. I think I would still order from here again even though there was an issue with one item in my order.

My products arrived well packaged, in good condition, and in a timely manner. To top it all off, I was able to achieve additional savings on my Bluefly purchase through a discount offered by American Express through Daily Candy. It was a very good shopping experience. I hope I don't sound too greedy when I say that it would've been nice to be able to use the free shipping code I had in addition to the American Express discount. Thankfully, Bluefly's shipping charges are reasonable.

As always wonderful, pretty fast delv time & they had a great sale on the items I purchased. The handbag came w/ a zipper that did not work but offered me $30.00 to repair the zipper or an exch. They got back to me the next day after I had emailed that there was a problem.

Although I enjoy the site, if you are not a petite 2-12 person there is little to pick from. I wear a Petite 14/16 or a Misses 14 and there is not a huge choice.

The zoom feature on the website was not...

The zoom feature on the website was not helpful as it only zoomed to the upper left corner, often times to empty space. Additional pictures, possibly even a 360 degree view would have been better. The clothes arrived in okay condition, although the jeans I got had a weird smell and if I had kept them, would need to be washed before use. The sizing guide online wasn't useful because it was a generic guide and different designers have different sizing standards. I followed the measurements and the clothes turned out to be too small and I had to send them back. I would still shop at Bluefly again. The ordering process and returning process are easy. Unless you want store credit, be prepared to pay for return shipping but it's not much.
