One of the best shopping experiences, I have ever had! I was a little scared from buying online but, I decided to give me a try and it worked out great! bizarredeal has deffinatly changed my mind about online buying. There policy is the price you see is the price you pay and it really is true! My product actually arrived a bit damaged but I understand that things happen and everyone is human. Also with todays technology mijprity of the things are automated and are done by machinery. I noted the damage on the waybill and when I called them they sent me out another product free of charge with out any hassle. I received the replacement a lot sooner than the original shipment in perfect 150% condition. I am very glad I have purchased from bizarre deal, so I have to give this company two thumbs up! I WOULD DEFINTLY SHOP FROM THEM AGAIN AND ALREADY HAVE TOLD THE REST OF MY FAMILY!

Just want to share my excellent experience that I have received from bizarredeal. I have purchased a prepac storage bed from bizarredeal on the 2nd of april and received it on the 4th in perfect condition. I called prior to placing an order asking the usual question I ask before placing any order online and spoke to a sale person named Jeniffer Thomson. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. She also gave me tips on how simply it would be to assemble the item. She was absolutely correct it is the simplest thing I have put together. Me being a average female, I usually get stuck putting things together but this bed I put together by myself in an hour. Bottom line thank you bizarredeal, Jennifer Thomson and Prepac I loe my new bed and enjoy it very much everyday! I will defiantly recommend bizarredeal to all my friends, neighbors, and family. I will also be back to purchase the matching headboard and nightstand. <br>

This is the worst online merchant I've ever dealt with. I ordered a bed and 2 night stands. The receipt that they give you is not itemized so it leaves you vulnerable for fraud. When the night stands were out of stock, they never contacted me for a refund. Upon much argument, they finally said they would refund me for the two night stands at $179 each. During repeated phone calls to request the refund, they confirmed that they owed me $179 for each night stands. Three weeks from the first phone call demanding a refund, they finally gave me a credit, but it was only for ONE night stand. <br> <br> They removed the night stands from their website and increased the price on the bed and told me it was their error for saying they ever owed me $358 refund. <br> <br> My error was ever trusting them. DO NOT USE THIS MERCHANT UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!! <br> <br>

Bizarredeal exceeds my expectations. I ordered a south shore 3116 bedroom set, as none were in stock locally. They were faithful to stated shipping times, and the customer service reps (they have real names and email addresses!!!) were very helpful and made sure that the item would be delivered on time. With the low price, tax, shipping costs, and a rebate, the set still cost less than a local purchase, without any trouble. Thanks.

I ordered a children's toy kitchen on Jan 13, 2008. The website said shipping would take 10 days max. It is now Jan 29th and still the package was not shipped this morning. I called them this morning and they told me it shipped "yesterday." They said they would email a tracking number. They just sent the tracking number this evening, so I tracked it. The package was just sent hours ago, not "yesterday." So...this company lies. And, they don't ship ontime. I threatenned to cancel the order, and apparently they managed to ship the item after my threat. I've read good reviews and bad about this company. From my experience, I have to agree with the bad reviews. I finally received the item on Feb 1st, I ordered in on Jan 13th. Very slow delivery, but the item is in good condition.

Prior to making this purchase I have called and spoke to Jennifer, she was very present and patient with me. I understand this is the charismas season and don&#146t want to keep anyone on the phone. She has helped me pick out my new futon for my college student and am very pleased with the customer service I have received. She has also called me back with the tracking information the same day the item has shipped. I am very pleased this bizarredeal and will indeed shop here again. Well so far, not a great experience. I have ordered this item and it was listed as in stock, as it still is listed. However, I have received and email saying that it is "Held for Cutting" which means "OUT OF STOCK". Please hold these companies to their word. If it is out of stock then just say it. <br> So, delivery speed - N/A, order accuracy - got that right, customer service - great considering it isn't their job to do the ordering. <br> overall satisfaction? N/A

The order was shipped but the website was not updated. I called customer service and they provided the tracking number for UPS and I was able to track the shipment. The website was also updated soon after that. <br> <br> Order accuracy : Order was captured accurately and no additional selling was pushed. <br> <br> Customer service : I called them once to check the status of shipement. Customer service was curtious and provided the tracking number and other details. <br> <br> Overall satisfaction : I am very happy with the service as it was delivered on time and shipment came perfect.
