I like to shop this way. I found something I wanted to buy online. In store availabilty was very clear and being able to purchase online and pick it up in the store on the way home was great and fast.

It was fine the second time around. I had to cancel the first order because they pulled the wrong items and did not have the items I ordered in stock. Then I ordered them again and went to another location to get them.

My tracking number didn't work and when I emailed regarding this matter, I never got a response. I finally received the CD though. Otherwise, the service was excellent. I got an email from customer service telling me that the price had gone down and that I was receiving a refund.
