Zappos has always provided excellent service. The products arrive very quickly, and returns/exchanges have been handled very well. Their website provides good details about the products, so you can make informed choices when ordering. If you end up needing to return something, though, the process could not be easier, and there are no shipping charges either way. I highly recommend Zappos.

Zappos was an excellent company to order shoes from. Unfortunately, they don't offer AAA shoes and I had to return 5 of the 6 styles purchased. Return was easy and uneventful. I would recommend this company to anyone without extremely narrow feet.

Your coustmer service lady in Las Vegas could have not been nicer of more help, also well spoken with a very plesent up beat voice, one of the colors I desired was out of stock and she told me I would be nofified, Also your shipped did there job 100%. Shipper much better than UPS thanks for the opportunity to comment. I very rarely take the time to answer these surveys. The order came very quickly because it was upgraded to over-night delivery which was a very pleasant surprise. Unfortunately the three pairs of shoes I ordered did not fit. This was not the fault of Zappos. Now I am just waiting to hear from Zappos as to the return and if they received the box that UPS picked up last Monday three days after I received it.
Yes, I intend to order from Zappos again once I have determined my correct size. I have a very narrow heel and I need to find an athletic shore with a D width but a narrow heel.

Zappo's is the best experience I have ever had in shopping. They make it very easy . The fact that returns are simple and possible makes one able to try different styles, especially when one has a long and narrow shoe size, which is an impossibility to find in stores.
