Double charged on my credit card, hard to get through to customer service, english speakers would be a big plus,had to e-mail you to get info on rebate, initial response was that I was not elegable untill I e-mailed copy of order form, you should of had and offered that information. and last but not least, it would be easier to get to talk to the Pope than to your accounting department.. Product quality 10, price 10, shipping 10, customer service...YOU BLOW.... Sorry guys you asked...it goes further, I will probably suggest to others to avoid using your service. Dan Schermerhorn

Price was very good. This is why I purchased from WolfCamera.com. I have had a problem with not receiving an advertised instant rebate of $100.00 that was supposed to have been taken off at the time of purchase. I have done their online chat service, spoke to two different operators (both who recognized that the rebate should have been applied to my purchase and one point it actually showed on order status but was changed back to the wrong price the next day when the order was sent ), and sent two different Emails one to the customer service on the website and one to the person in charge of Ritzinteractive.com the parent company of WolfCamera.com. But in the end of all this they never applied the rebate or have responded to my attempts to have the Satisfaction Guarntee that they claim in their advertising. I have never had this lack of response or service ever on the internet or at a store before.If this is not settled they have lost a customer who definitely has a long list of photography items to purchase in the future, but not from Wolf Camera or related Ritz Business.

I was told by customer service that my item qualified for price matching by someone on the phone. Later when I called back to get the details of where to mail my request I was told by someone else it no longer qualified. Their call center is in India, you will never get to speak with anyone actually in the U.S. If you must buy from Wolf, go to one of their stores. I will never shop at this place again, they cheated me out of over $75.

The web site said all the components were available at time of purchase. After paying for the item, I recieved a email stating that it would be 4-6 weeks before it would come available. To me this is false advertising and will never shop at Wolf camera again!

After the fact, you charged me more than the agreed sale that I completed on your website. You changed my PayPal transaction amount without my authorization (and still have my account hung up). You failed to realize (and still don't) that you were overpaid even more than the changed amount. It took 5 consecutive requests to get the rebate form emailed to me. What's to like about this horrific shopping experience? You and PayPal stole money from me. NEVER AGAIN. NEVER. On principle, I would return the item and pay the damned shipping for the 3rd or 4th time, but I don't trust that you would refund my account -- probably you would charge or double charge me instead. NOT EVER.

Wolf camera sent me a broken tripod and has not responded to 4 emails I have sent them in the last FOUR weeks. They still have not responded. I tried contacting my local wolf camera and they told me they would not take anything back and that I was stuck dealing with wolfcamera online. Lousy customer service! Wolf Camera obviously does not give a hoot about their customers! WORST internet company EVER!!!!

1. The product descriptions were insufficient to find the desired product. 2. Products were advertised and sold without disclosing they were not in stock and were being shipped by a third party. 3. Once the product was ordered but not shipped it could not be cancelled on WolfCamera.com.

It was perhaps the worst online shopping experience I've had. After I filled in my order, the site told me the entire total cost and asked me to submit my order. I did. It showed a confirmation page, which I printed, showing that same total that I'd be charged. Then I received a confirmation email, with a HIGHER total that I was being charged. No explanation for the higher price. I called, spoke to someone named "Mark" in India, and was told "that's OK, because when we added it up, we came up with a higher total on our end." His site gave different numbers than the Wolfe site and original confirmation I had. He would not look at my confirmation, and said repeatedly that it was not a problem, that the higher price was fine. I finally had to tell him that this was illegal before he'd do anything about it. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am letting them handle it.

Received e-mail confirmation that my order had shipped by the method I specified (USPS Priority Mail). But over 2 months later I received another e-mail confirming shipment was made by UPS. I called customer service (India) to further inquire why the shipping method was changed (UPS cannot deliver to an APO address). It is then that I learned that my order was returned to the warehouse. I replaced my order with another vendor (through Amazon) and received my full order in about 10 days. Wolf Camera needs to learn how to ship to APO addresses and provide better feedback if and when they encounter a problem. I need to buy more products, but I will not use Wolf Camera again.

I was very dissatisfied with the return procedure. It took over 30 days to receive the return authorization code. It then took seven(!)months to receive the credit to my credit card. Repeated phone calls (remembering to write down the name of whom I spoke with) did no good. An incredibly frustrating experience. I will not even consider shopping on-line with this merchant ever again.

I e-mailed wolf camera because my order showed that it was being shipped to my home address and e-mailed to the recipient. I didn't want the recipient to be e-mailed about this because it was a christmas present. I called many times and customer service kept saying they had e-mailed me the gift certificate. I never received it even after confirming my e-mail address. I will never go to this website again to purchase anything.

Paid for expediated shipping in 2 orders to receive before birthday and in time for Christmas.. After 3 business days had not recieved. Called customer service (outsourced to India). The operator could not understand my questions. Asked for supervisor on hold another 15 minutes not available. Tried to cancel item ordered for birthday b/c I would not receive in time. Cancelled wrong order due communication issues. I returned item and still charged the expedited shipping charges although not recieved in 2 business days. Because they cancelled the wrong order not only did I have to scramble for birthday gift but Christmas gift as well. I had all the order info, etc. unfortunately customer service could not communicate or help.
