I received 2 phone calls from 2 people I could not understand because of their broken English. Both times they asked for the same information that I had already given them during the online ordering process. One or the other should not have been necessary. And...they should use people that can be understood when making the calls to verify information. I was told that they would not ship the purchased item unless I played their game and gave them the requested information, which they already had. Not a very pleasant experience and one I will not go through again.

First product shipped was cannabalized. The sent a second telescope which was defective and contained broken components. I have been waiting over five weeks for a refund!

Buyer beware online or brick & mortar. I purchased a camera ($450 Sony digital) from here, Wolf Camera, and a 2-yr $120 replacement/service plan, after the camera was sent out 2x's at 6 weeks each for repair for the same problem, the camera broke a 3rd

Prices were good. Shipping was okay. It was difficult to overcome the language barrier when calling the customer service center. The customer service representatives were very nice and very helpful, but I could barely understand what they were saying.

Their process was the most frustrating I have ever endured. I have not yet received what I ordered, and when I ordered I knew it was on back-order, but none of the tracking links work so I have no idea of status, and since I am out of the US I do not care to continually spend money speaking to people that can't help.

I repeatedly received emails to contact customer service. After I contacted customer service I was informed each time there was no problem and order was on its way. It wasn't and each phone call I made was from overseas. Saving shipping costs was no big deal when I had to spend the money on long distance charges.

Nikon Camera, bag and sd memory card arrived soomer than I expected. All was in excellent condition, however, the camera bag rated to fit "larger" digital cameras was not big enough. It was returned and I promptly received a confirmation that it had been received and credited. Great work overall. Best buy on Nikon D50 camera.

Ordered a Canon EOS 20D from Wolf Camera during the busy Christmas shopping season. At first they claimed they were unable to authorize a price match on the item, despite their website's claims of low-price guarantees, but I persisted and 90 seconds later I had a price match. I ordered the camera and it shipped immediately, but I was amazed to find the camera on my doorstep a few days later - they had thrown in 2-day FedEx shipping for free!

If you are looking to purchase anything from them and they give you a hard time about price matches, remind them that their website guarantees the lowest price. As long as they think you've read their price match policies, they'll honor them. Also, when talking to them on the phone, you'll have a hard time finding a customer service representative who speaks English as a first language.

Worst experience - double billed and poor customer service

Worst experience with on-line shopping. Wolf camera charged my account, then Ritz camera charged it as well. Basicially I got double billed. When I called customer service the first time, they hung up on me. The second time I called, they said this was normal practice and it should clear up in 24 - 48 hours. It has been five days and the second billing still has not been removed from my account. So I have several hundred dollars in my account I cannot get to because of these people.
