I was disappointed to find out AFTER purchasing the item, that returns would be handled only by the manufacturer. This information should have been available prior to purchase -- it would have influenced my decision. While I do not expect problems, I would prefer to deal directly with the seller if the quality of the item is not up to standard. I will not shop at Tiger Direct again.

first time I checked the status of my order it said " item on hold, pending customer contatct" or something simular and then there 1-888 number . I called and was put on hold for 10-15 min, then I was hung-up on and had to re-dail the number and was put on hold again for 10-15 mins. I talked to the customer rep and the only thing he could tell me was the item was not picked yet. Now I used checkfree to pay with and I could see from my account info that tiger direct had already recieved money from my account. so I dont know what the hold was for? I also remember something on the check-out page that said" We do not charge your credit card until your order is shipped." Now I know checkfree is not a credit card but tiger direct can remove the money from my account just a easily as a credit card, so why remove it before the product is shipped? Now when I check the status of my order it says it is all back ordered. If I had known it was back ordered I would have gone with another product, but it said in stock so I purchaced it. Now it says shipps in 7- 21 days. I am deeply disapointed with tiger direct and will not likly use them again in the future.

I purchased the computer and operating system minutes apart on the website. I received the operating system quickly. but had no computer for at least 2 weeks because the sound card advertised was no longer available. I received the computer and had a bad video display card. I got a replacement, then couldnt get the monitor adjusted correctly. Tech support was no help, i did it on my own. I didn't get the computer up and running for a month. I am very unsatisfied with the aggrivation.

Item description on the web page did not accurately identify the product that was ordered. I contacted TigerDirect.com via email several times concerning the incomplete shipment. I was told to contact Creative Labs concerning the incomplete shipment. They sent me back to TigerDirect.com. Upon notifying TigerDirect.com via email of this situation I was asked to call customer service main number. Doing this it took about 20 minutes to get through the dial reponse system to a live representative. This representative indicated that the item purchased was not the item that was shown on the web store. Apologized and offered to return and refund. I opted to keep the product and never do business with Tiger Direct again because of their deceptive advertising practices.

Did NOT buy anything, but was shipped a book. Thank you it will make a nice addition ro my library.
You can NOT send somebody something and expect to get paid, but the recipient CAN keep the unasked for item.

Their rebate system seems to be a scam. This makes no good business sense,as they have lost a lot more in future sales than they saved on this transaction.I have a greater respect for honesty than any other service a company can provide.

I am appalled at how poor the customer service is. One of the products I ordered is damaged -- I must contact the *manufacturer* of the product to get a code, and then contact Tiger Direct to get another code, then pay for shipping myself to get a product which should have been sent properly in the first place.
The product that actually works has a problem, as well -- it has stickers stating "Warranty void if removed." Sadly, both stickers have apparently ALREADY been removed. I emailed Tiger Direct about this, and all they said in response was that it's new.
I will NEVER do business with this company again.

There was a problem with my payment (billing address was different from shipping address)only I was unaware of the problem. I received no contact from Tigerdirect. Five days later I contacted them to find out what was the problem because I have noticed when tracking my order that it hadn't been processed. I had to cancel my order because it wouldn't have arrived on time and two days after cancelling my order I get an email from them asking me to contact customer service becsaue there is an issue with my payment. I have sent emails to Tigerdirect looking for some sort of explanation and I did get one email back saying my issue would be forwarded to a Manager. Still waiting for addtitional correspondence.

after receiving the whole package i spent the time to put it together. however after doing so, i had no power to the computer. i tracked it down to either the motherboard or the power supply. i purchased a seperate power supply and installed it with success. i called tigerdirect and told them the problem and they said to send the box and the power supply back to them. this was unacceptable seeing i had it all ready together and working let alone i would have to be without a computer for another two days. finally they told me that they would give me 20 dollars for the power supply i purchased except it cost me 37 dollars to start with. i have purchased other products from you in the past and have told others to do so also. Now i am not sure if i will do so again. where i work there is a thing called quality inspection of the products, i saw none in this order.....

TIGER DIRECT IS A SCAM, BEWARE ALL!

I ordered a 22" Viewsonic CRT Flat Screen from TigerDirect.com. First off, their customer service is great when you are purchasing their stuff. That is the last great thing about them. Their shipping is just terrible. I was told to receive the monitor in 3-5 business days. I have waited 2 weeks and still haven't received it. Called them several times and was told to get called back on information. I was called and told to pay $20 more so that they could ship it off. I was like, "WHAT?" "You guys blackmailing me for something I bought and something you owe me?" They then get nasty on the phone and tell me to pay the $20 extra (never explaining what it was for) or I wouldn't receive my monitor. I canceled the order. I have ordered from other sites in the past and never had such problems. TigerDirects shipping I heard is their way to make money for their cheap prices. They overcharge shipping and a portion of the fee goes back to them and the other to UPS. Word to the wise: Look elsewhere to avoid wasting time and money.

I bought Ezonics Mega Cam from TD, arebate of $30.00 was advertised but the Manufacturer denied the rebate ( That the item was not included in Rebate Scheme). When I contacted TD, They, after some persuation, accepted their fault and told that rebate will be credited to my Credit card account, The representative even gave me a Transaction number, I waited for couple of weeks but when I recieved no money, I contacted the customer service again and they denied that such transaction ever existed. I was asked to e-mail the whole case again that I did and its been foer weeks, I have not recieved a reply.

BOTTOM LINE: Dont get traped into the rebate offers and TD can not compete on prices with other venders without REBATES. BEWARE of the rip offs

If you have a PO Box anywhere in your billing address forget about dealing with this company. Neither their on-line software or their telephone order handlers can ship to you except by US Postal service.

Most other on-line stores have figured out how to deal with this (A Fed-EX/UPS address was also in the billing address) but Tiger Direct has not and simply hung up on me when unable to complete my transaction.

THE WORST online CROOKS , totally unbelievable.

The worst experience ever online. They charged me 219.99 for an ASUS cpu. No tracking number ever sent. Was on backorder and did not notify me. Finally received it and to my surprise it was OEM version. I complained about wrong product sent. They changed their web page AFTER I complained. Both retail and OEM changed to read SAME PRICE ! Informed them of me taking screenshots. They called my home and quote: What will it take to make you GO AWAY...I got a refund then...PLUS I found out the motherboard was DOA...This company are complete crooks. They need ANOTHER class action suit like the last one a few years ago !

TigerDirect is a totally dishonest organization. They ripped me off for $200 (rebate). You have to take them to court to get them to pay. Do not shop there.

ordered a new motherboard, not recertified (payed $20 extra compared to others)just so I could get a $40 rebate. I recieved a beat up, open box item. The backplate bag was ripped open & the motherboard was in an open static bag - no factory seal. Also wear marks on the board where you could see the printer & other items were plugged in.they gave me an rma # - we'll see how that goes.
