I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of navigating their site in ordering a Samsung 24-inch monitor. They sent me timely notification when the product was shipped with a tracking #. I was able to then determine approximately when I would receive it which came a couple of days earlier than the suggested delivery time shown on their website. Box came undamaged and monitor works perfectly. Overall, my impression of TECHONWEB is that they are a First Class DOT.com company that I will certainly do business with again.

Techonweb is a GREAT store, I ordered the product at 3:00 pm central time and by 3:01pm they had put through a final charge and the package showed shipped, which means it was for sure going to ship out that night and it did!!
