Please see my comments on my last survey. I had difficulty finding the needed parts on the web site and had difficulty reaching a person on the phone. Once I actually spoke with a live person (in accounting!), I was very satisfied.

The shipping was a combination UPS/USPS. For several days the package was delayed or "lost" or unaccounted for in the shipping process. It should have arrived sooner either by UPS or USPS alone.

I found the Plantronics CT-12 wireless headset on their site through a PriceGrabber search. They had the lowest delivered price by a fair margin. <br> <br> Their site is well organized and provides shipping information without requiring full checkout. The headset shipped and arrived and quickly in perfect condition. They provided excellent status updates via email and whole process was absolutely painless. The experience was definitely better than a lot of the better known online stores I've dealt with. I had never heard of them before and was somewhat dubious when their price was lower than anywhere else, but I would definitely buy from them again.

Product descriptions were great. It even showed a picture of what is in the box. Ordered product with no hassle. Got an email confirmation and tracking number. Product showed up on door step just as represented. This is customer service.

Ordering was easy. Shipping was fast. Communication was great. I received the product in 6 days and that included a weekend. I had no problems setting up the printer and it is working fine so far. I hope it stays that way. I have not had to work with their customer service yet so I cannot rate that. But if the opportunity arises, I will post a review.
