Great web site, with a lot of selection. Very quickly shipped as always. Customer service at TechOnWeb is generally excellent. <br> <br> This time however, TechOnWeb could have packed the items better. A 100-count spindle of CDs looked pretty well thrashed from shipping due to insufficient packing materials. The Spindle/ container was cracked, although amazingly the CDs were apparently undamaged.

Will never do business with this outfit again. <br> <br> Ordered a 50 Pack of Maxell DVD-R discs and when they arrived the seal had been broken and the discs were strewn all over the box. I returned the discs and the gentleman I spoke to promised me he would send another 50 Pack via 2nd day Fed Ex. Well, that hasn't happened and after he wouldn't return my E-Mails requesting a tracking number, I found out by phoning another C.S. rep that the 2nd shipment was sent via Fed Ex ground. All in all, a horrible experience. No doubt in my mind that the seal was broken on the cakebox PRIOR to shipping.

The service received was outstanding. I was unsure of which product would fit my television, so I called to talk to a rep. He spent all the time I needed and made sure I was getting exactly what I needed. I then placed my order online (which he recommended because it would save me money!) and received it two days later. I'm thrilled with the service and product, and won't hesitate to shop at TechOnWeb again!

Overall - this is the best shopping online experience I have ever had! I have placed an order on Monday - and I had the product at my door Wednesday afternoon!!! Can you believe.
