Ordered on Feb 8 received on the Feb 14, and it was damaged. I called in and was told the fastest way to replace it was to purchase another one and when FedEx picks the damaged one up they would reimburse me. I'm still waiting for FedEx to pick up the first one, and the other order just arrived damaged as well. I don't know about you but I don't appreciate paying for something twice, they should have shipped another at no cost, and if the other wasn't returned then charge me. Now I'm out the price for two and both are damaged. Both packages look like the have been opened and resealed and shipped many times before I received them, so blaming FedEx like they did the first time just doesn't cut it. I will never do business with this retailer again, and advise others to stay far away from this retailer! I've ordered pretty much all kind of merchandise on the internet and have never had a problem, and yes it is reasonable that sooner or later I would have a bad experience, and I guess this is it, but two bad packages from the same retailer and both look opened and returned, equal bad retailer!!!!!!!!!!
