Good service. Items arrived exactly as expected. Only problem was with the shipper - FedEx. The delivery required a signature, and naturally I was not home during the day. Called them to arrange for pick-up at the local FedEx depot, but they can't do that until 3 delivery attempts have been made (really stupid). Tried to change the delivery to my work address, and they can't do that without authorization from the shipper and possibly an increase in shipping charges. I have done both of these arrangements when dealing with items that had been shipped via UPS and would recommend that TechOnWeb use UPS instead of FedEx for increased customer satisfaction. Either that, or make sure that a signature is not required or can be waived by the buyer. I live in a quiet neighborhood and have packages left on my porch all the time without any problems.

TechOnWeb did provide nice e-mail updates as to the status of my order, and once it was shipped they provided tracking information. Overall a pleasant shopping experience as I received quality merchandise at a great price, just wish that it would have arrived to my house in a manner that wasn't such a hassle.
