Excellent experience. They listed one camera per day so you were able to place your maximum price and if it did not win on one day you could try again the next day. Second bid day price was $70 lower than day one and one the next several days prices were higher than first day. Camera and all equipment arrived in excellent condition. You could not tell it was either an open box or store demo camera. Shipping cost was low and on line tracking was excellent. This was a great value for this camera.

I have purchased a number of Digital cameras from Ritz camera on line I have always been satisfide with my treatment from Ritz and will continue to use the Ritz company for all of my photo needs.
I am presently waiting for a rebate from Ritz for a printer I purchased in conjunction with my coolpix S50.

I ordered the "Father's day" NIKON D60 camera package early morning on June 11th, and it was delivered on June 13th shortly after noon. The package was exactly as advertised on the web site. Definitely QUALITY service, and I will order from this merchant again.

I telephoned my order for a Canon 20D plus 18-55 lens ($1599) on a Friday, received a confirmatory call back within one hour, shipping confirmation on Monday and the camera on Wednesday - excellent service. There was no pressure salesmanship to add to my order. Had I been prepared to wait for the camera I could possibly have reduced the price a little - but I was impatient to upgrade my super slow 10d.

Ordered a Nikon D-70 through Wolf Camera, which is the same as Ritz. It was a great experience, with absolutely no pressure to buy any unwanted items. The price was competitive, and no extra charges for shipping, it was included in the camera price. They shipped within one day. and when I called back about the order, they explained fully the status, and were very friendly. I would order again from Wolf/Ritz in a heartbeat.

Just purchased a Nikon D70. Ordering was easy, shipment was timely. Good price. Everything went well, except they prominently featured a rebate on the web order site. When the camera arrived there was no information about the rebate. I had to write customer service and ask them how to apply for it. They answered promptly, but this was an extra step I do not think I should have to do. I'd order again from Ritz though.

I was shopping for a digital camera for the Christmas and decided to get the Panasonic Lumix DMC-LC33 for my wife. The price from Ritz was good and no sale tax and shipping that's even better. I ordered the camera online and as usual I received an email asked me to call the customer service. They just wanted me to confirm the information and never push me to buy any more accessory or warranty. They told me it's in stock and when it would arrived, an email was sent next day to inform the camera was shipped with UPS tracking number. The package arrived on time in very good condition, the camera was packed with lots of bubble wrap for protection. One thing I like about the Ritz is in case anything wrong, I can bring the camera to a nearby Ritz store for exchange instead of sending it back. They also said full refund within 10 days for the camera.

I ordered a Canon 350D from their web site. I got an email that my web order could not be processed. I called and was promptly handled. For some reason my CC info was not captured during the order. Anyway it took less than 3 minutes to resolve.

The camera was shipped the same day it was ordered. I had a UPS tracking number emailed to me later in the evening. The camera arrived in perfect condition. The price was as advertised and no shipping was charged.

100% Positive. I would not hesitate to make a major purchase from RitzCamera.com again. I received excellent shipping and tracking emails, and even a backordered item was delivered within 10 days from my order placement date. Everything was brand new with full U.S. warranties, and by taking advantage of an advertised sale I saved a couple of hundred over the big online N.Y. city stores that I have dealt with before. I am very pleased !!!!

I ordered a Sony camcorder on 12/17/03 and received it on 12/20/03. Everything was as advertised and the price was right. Ritz also charged no shipping. I assume Ritz and the shipping company are fully staffed for the Xmas season and this must have helped speed the delivery. I could not have asked for any better service, I will shop at Ritz again.
