Extraordinary assortment in virtually all categories. Easy to navigate web site. Appropriate e-mail messages about order and shipping progress. Prices were competitive with other e-tailers (i.e., lower than brick-and-mortar stores). Only suggestion is that there would be a way to my shopping experience from my delivery experience. I had 2 different FEDEX deliveries that day. The first one around 10:00 hours was as expected. Ritz, the second one, arrived around 17:00 hours, exterior shipping container damaged (closer to being "beatened beyond recognition") and the driver's manners were left at the prior delivery--almost beligerent. I wish I could offer a suggestion but this is a problem with Internet shopping--no control over final distribution and/or delivery. Thanks for your attention.

Frustrating search for batteries in the online site catalog. Airfreight(USPS)could have got the items here as fast, I would guess, probably cheaper? Site product details did not indicate that the Nikon charger would recharge the batteries. It does however. This was an unusual case of frustration with Ritz, have purchased there before and will again, probably just an anomaly.

I needed to purchase filters for my digital camera.The selection was satisfactory,The price was good,but I was unable to get information on the size of the filters that I needed.Sales help tried to assist me but upon recieving my purchase the filters were much too large in size,thus I must return them to RITZ CAMERA and loose my savings to shipping costs both ways.Thanks

Speaking with a sales person was very frustrating due to the problem they have speaking and understanding English. It was not a good experience. Only after e-mailing customer service was the situation taken care of quickly.

First amazon couldn't get the order over to Ritz corectly - canceled that order because Ritz said they could get in to me over night for I paid $43.00. Ritz then lied and said they shipped it Fed Ex Overnight only to find out the shipped it regular UPS. Didn't get the product on time and I am still waiting for the refund of $43.00 in shipping costs.
