Shopping with Ritz Camera is certainly a very bad experience.
I've contacted your online representative for at least 10 times (see the
attached for a sample of our conversation history) asking them to
confirm that you do have this bag in BLUE color before I place an order.
And I've emailed you guys right after I placed the order to make sure
again the bag is in BLUE color. And obviously you guys still replied
with a positive answer.
But the bag just came in BLACK!!!
I emailed them for refund. They promised to send me an email with pre-paid return shipping label within 24-48 hours. It took more than 3 days for me to receive the label.
I emailed them at least 2 times asking if they will refund me the product amount plus my shipping. They never directly answer.
Bad shopping experience with Ritz Camera. And same bad refund experience with Ritz Camera!

Due to an address discrepancy, this order needed to be confirmed by telephone. The customer service representatives did not speak English well enough to accurately complete this process, necessitating repeated calls. I was also required to contact my bank, further delaying the order.
Although I was promised free overnight shipping to compensate me for my trouble, the order did not arrive until three days later, and included a $16.95 shipping charge.
I have purchased from Ritz in the past for personal photography needs, but based on this experience, am not sure I would continue to use them for our publishing business, and would hestitate to recommend them to other publishers.

Ritz Camera does not honor their promotions

Ritz Camera does not honor their promotions. They were supposed to send a $50 gift card as part of a promotion when I purchased my camera. I contacted them several times each time they said it will be emailed to me in 24 hours, no gift card has arrived. I will not do business with them again. They are not a trustworthy company.

Purchasing from Ritzcamera.com has been, by far, the worst shopping experience I have ever had. They sell broken products. Their customer service is horrible. They are unhelpful, and they don't follow up with you regarding any issues you have with them

I received the wrong product. I got nowhere with the telephone support, first being disconnected and then talking to a representative unwilling to help me. Since then I have had a number of exchanges with Ritz customer service via email. They say that the correct product was shipped, but they have asked the shipping department to investigate. I have heard nothing from the shipping department. I finally chose to dispute the charge through my credit card company. I will never do business with RitzCamera.com again.

Tried to make a purchase using a Ritz Gift card. Order was accepted then I recieved a call a few days later stating they did not accept Ritz Gift cards because Ritz Camera.com and the retail Ritz Camera's are two different companies. Very dishonest and misleading to the consumer.
